Step 1: Open the Store Page
Log in to your BuildMyStore account.
Navigate to the Store Page from your dashboard.
Step 2: Access Store Settings
On the left-hand side menu, click on the Store Setting option.
A new interface will open, giving you access to various store customization settings.
Step 3: Navigate to the FAQ Section
In the Store Setting interface, click on the FAQ option.
Another interface specifically for managing FAQs will open.
Step 4: Add New FAQs
On the FAQ interface, locate the Add button in the top-right corner of the page and click it.

Step 5: Save the FAQs
