Set Up Offers and Discounts for Products in the Mobile App

Adding offers and discounts is a great way to attract customers and boost sales. With BuildMyStore, you can easily create discount coupons using your mobile app. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Open the Mobile App

1. Launch the BuildMyStore mobile app on your smartphone.

2. Log in to your account if you haven’t done so already.

Step 2: Go to the Manage Section

1. Tap on the Manage option located at the bottom of the screen.

2. This will open the store management interface.

Step 3: Access the Discount Coupon Section

1. On the Manage page, locate the Discount Coupon option and click on it.

2. This will take you to the discount coupon setup page.

Step 4: Create a New Coupon

1. Tap on the Create Coupon button located at the bottom of the screen.

2. A popup will appear with three discount types to choose from:

   • Percent Discount

   • Flat Discount

   • Buy X Get Y Free

Step 5: Select and Configure Discount Type

1. Percent Discount

   • Select the Percent Discount option.

   • A new interface will open where you can add:

     • Coupon Code: Create a unique code for your discount (e.g., SAVE20).

     • Uses Per Customer: Specify how many times a customer can use this coupon.

     • Discount Percentage: Set the percentage discount (e.g., 20%).

     • Show Coupon to Customer: Enable or disable this option to make the coupon visible or hidden from customers.

     • Valid Only for Online Payment: Enable this option if the coupon should only be valid for online transactions.

   • Once done, click on the Create Coupon button.

   • Your percent discount coupon will now be available for customers to use.

2. Flat Discount

   • Select the Flat Discount option.

   • A new interface will open where you can add:

     • Coupon Code: Create a unique code for your discount (e.g., FLAT50).

     • Uses Per Customer: Specify how many times a customer can use this coupon.

     • Flat Discount Amount: Enter the flat discount amount (e.g., ₹50 off).

     • Show Coupon to Customer: Enable or disable this option to make the coupon visible or hidden from customers.

     • Valid Only for Online Payment: Enable this option if the coupon should only be valid for online transactions.

   • Once done, click on the Create Coupon button.

   • Your flat discount coupon will now be available for customers to use.

3. Buy X Get Y Free

   • Select the Buy X Get Y Free option.

   • A new interface will open where you can add:

     • Coupon Code: Create a unique code for your offer (e.g., BUY2GET1).

     • Uses Per Customer: Specify how many times a customer can use this coupon.

     • Buy Count: Enter the number of products a customer needs to buy (e.g., Buy 2).

     • Get Count: Enter the number of free products the customer gets (e.g., Get 1 Free).

     • Show Coupon to Customer: Enable or disable this option to make the coupon visible or hidden from customers.

     • Valid Only for Online Payment: Enable this option if the offer should only be valid for online transactions.

   • Once done, click on the Create Coupon button.

   • Your Buy X Get Y Free coupon will now be available for customers to use.

Step 6: Save and Publish

1. After setting up the desired discount coupons, they will be automatically saved and visible to customers based on the options you selected.
