Setting up delivery charges ensures your customers know the cost of receiving their orders and helps you manage delivery operations efficiently. Follow these simple steps to configure delivery charges for your store.
Step 1: Access Your Store Page

Log In to Your BuildMyStore Account
Go to BuildMyStore and log in.
Step 2: Navigate to Delivery Settings

Open the Menu
On the left-hand side, click the menu to see various store options.

Select Store Settings
From the menu, click on the Store Settings option.

Click on Delivery Option
Inside Store Settings, select the Delivery option. This will open an interface for setting up delivery charges.
Step 3: Choose Your Delivery Charge Type
You can configure delivery charges in two ways: Fixed or Variable.
Option 1: Fixed Delivery Charges

Set Fixed Charges
Enter a fixed delivery charge for all orders, regardless of distance or order size.

Offer Free Delivery
Set a threshold for free delivery by specifying an order amount. For example, offer free delivery for orders above ₹500.

Set Online Payment Delivery Charges
You can specify different delivery charges for orders paid online compared to cash-on-delivery (COD).

Add Delivery Time
Specify the expected delivery time for orders.
Option 2: Variable Delivery Charges

Define Ranges
Add delivery charges based on the order amount.
For each range, specify a starting and ending value (e.g., ₹0–₹500).

Set Charges for Online and Offline Payments
Assign separate charges for online payments and COD orders for each range.

Add Multiple Ranges
Create additional ranges with corresponding charges to cover all scenarios.

Specify Average Delivery Time
Provide an estimated average delivery time for each range.
Step 4: Save Your Delivery Settings

Review Your Inputs
Ensure all charges, ranges, and delivery times are accurate.

Click Save
At the bottom-right corner of the interface, click the Save button to apply your settings.
Step 5: Verify Delivery Charges
Test your store by placing an order to confirm the correct delivery charges are displayed to customers.
With these steps, your delivery charges will be properly configured, providing your customers with clear and accurate delivery options while optimizing your store operations.
