Access Orders and Order Details in the Mobile App

Tracking and managing orders is simple with the BuildMyStore mobile app. Follow these steps to view and filter order details effectively.

Step 1: Open the BuildMyStore App

  1. Launch the BuildMyStore mobile app on your smartphone.

  2. Log in to your account if required.

Step 2: Access the Orders Section

  1. On the bottom navigation bar, tap on the Order option.

  2. This will take you to the Orders interface.

Step 3: View Order Status

  1. On the Orders interface, you will see different tabs showing order statuses. These include:

    • Pending Orders: Orders waiting for approval or confirmation.

    • Placed Orders: Orders successfully placed by customers.

    • Shipped Orders: Orders that have been dispatched for delivery.

    • Delivered Orders: Orders successfully delivered to customers.

    • Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled by customers or the store.

    • Failed Orders: Orders that failed due to issues like payment failure.

  2. Tap on any of these status tabs to see the list of orders under that category.

Step 4: View Order Details

  1. Click on any specific order to see detailed information about it.

  2. The order details include:

    • Order ID: Unique identification number for the order.

    • Product Details: Items ordered, quantity, and price.

    • Customer Information: Name, address, and contact details.

    • Order Status: Current progress (e.g., pending, shipped).

    • Payment Information: Payment method and status (e.g., paid or pending).

Step 5: Use the Filter Option

  1. On the top right of the screen, beside the "All Orders" option, you will see a filter dropdown.

  2. Tap on it to choose a filter based on the time frame:

    • Lifetime: Shows all orders since the store's creation.

    • Today: Displays orders placed on the current day.

    • This Week: Shows orders placed within the current week.

    • This Month: Lists orders placed within the current month.

  3. Once a filter is selected, the orders list will update to display orders matching the chosen criteria.

Step 6: Manage Orders (Optional)

  1. You can manage orders directly from this interface if required:

    • Change the order status (e.g., mark as shipped or delivered).

    • Update customer details or delivery information.
